In co-founding the Tents of Two Brothers Coalition (TTBC), Shaya channels his business acumen toward a higher mission—bridging cultural divides, defending truth, and empowering communities throughout the Middle East. His leadership reflects a rare blend of strategic precision and humanitarian purpose, grounded in a belief that meaningful change begins with shared understanding and moral clarity.

Michael Kassab

Michael Kassab is a visionary entrepreneur and co-founder of TTBC. He is the founder and owner of M&R Home Assistance, one of Michigan’s largest privately owned personal caregiver agencies, where he has built a legacy of care, dignity, and empowerment.
As a board member of the Israel Fortress Coalition, Michael supports cross-border peacebuilding initiatives that uplift communities and preserve cultural identity. His work with TTBC reflects his enduring belief in the power of shared heritage, collaboration, and moral clarity in the pursuit of peace.

Daphne Osakwe

Daphne Osakwe is a globally-minded entrepreneur and changemaker, born in Israel to Moroccan and Nigerian parents. Her life journey—spanning Israel, England, Canada, and the United States—has shaped her deep appreciation for cultural diversity and justice.
Daphne holds an MBA from Canada, where she played a leading role in the Jewish Students Association and CAMERA on Campus, advocating for accurate and dignified representation of Israel and Judaism in academic settings. She has consistently committed herself to charitable causes, including her leadership with Charity Chix in Windsor, Ontario, a nonprofit that has raised millions for impactful community initiatives.
As co-founder of TTBC, Daphne brings her passion for advocacy and multicultural dialogue to the forefront. Her mission is to help Israel tell its full, diverse story—while combating antisemitism globally and championing inclusion for minority communities. She is also the founder of Xanthiia Group, a firm focused on innovation, brand development, and strategic impact.
